Retired operative Jeffrey Prather pointed out that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are trying to shape the narrative by means of information influence operations and psychological operations (psy-ops).
“The intelligence organizations, particularly the CIA, don’t collect intelligence. They collect people and they primarily do psy-ops,” Prather said during the Aug. 19 episode of his Brighteon.TV program “Prather Point”.
“And now, the FBI is doing information influence operations, which are essentially psy-ops. They are trying to shape the narrative through entrapment.”
Prather explained that the two agencies “specialize in lying and in psy-ops.” He added: “That’s why I say the CIA doesn’t collect intelligence, it collects people. And the FBI doesn’t solve crimes, it manages crimes to their benefit.”
The FBI serves as the front for the CIA and acts like it, while the former poses as a foreign counter-intelligence agency. Nevertheless, Prather said both agencies are trying to shape the narrative inside their own agencies.
The “Prather Point” host warned that the Deep State – alongside the FBI, CIA and the intelligence community – are trying to create and foment a civil war in America.
Not all hope is lost, however, as he pointed out how the massive psy-op is continuing to backfire. Furthermore, the fact that whistleblowers are coming forward signaled that the two agencies “are losing the human terrain.”
“They’re trying to start a civil war so that they can respond with violence, even though they don’t have the troops or the agents to do it,” said Prather.
Ultimately, he emphasized that it is very important for Americans to not give in, because the real civil war is happening inside the FBI and other agencies – with an internal conflict going on between rebelling agents and those loyal to the Deep State.
Prather also mentioned how the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is trying to shape the domestic violence extremism psy-op narrative.
He cited a DHS bulletin on “domestic violent extremism” released by a whistleblower from inside the agency. The said bulletin was released in the wake of the Aug. 8 FBI raid at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida. “The threats we have observed, to date, underscore that [domestic violent extremists] may view the [November] 2022 midterm election as an additional flashpoint around which to escalate threats against perceived ideological opponents, including federal law enforcement personnel,” stated the bulletin.
“In recent years, [extremists] adhering to different violent extremist ideologies have coalesced around perceptions of government overreach and election fraud to threaten and conduct violence. As a result of recent activities, we assess that potential targets of violence moving forward could include law enforcement, judicial officials, individuals implicated in conspiracy theories, and perceived ideological opponents who challenge their worldview.”
The DHS bulletin ended with a stern warning that “information contained in this intelligence bulletin is for official use only,” as “release of this material could adversely affect or jeopardize investigative activities.
Prather commented on the warning, pointing out that it was included in the document because the American public isn’t allowed to know what the DHS is doing behind closed doors.
